About Vaxal

Making AI infrastructure any company can reach for

Since 2017, Vaxal (Vaxal Net Co., Ltd.) has built AI platforms and knowledge tools for businesses on a modular engineering foundation called Vaxal Base. We don’t do one-off project work — we turn every engagement into reusable capability, which is what lets us keep accelerating.

How we organize our products

Vaxal is the company; our products follow two lines — a conversational AI platform, and a document tool that sits alongside it.

AI platform

Ryxis

A chat interface like ChatGPT is the way in. Companies and teams collaborate with multiple models here and connect their own data and tools.

Under Ryxis · our first B2C

Ryxis Greenhouse

A knowledge product built on Ryxis, and our first consumer-facing product: you capture, AI organizes, you decide at the moments that matter. Knowledge is stored as markdown + git, yours to download anytime.

Parallel to Ryxis

FormalDoc

A document-certainty tool that works with Ryxis or on its own. It turns document templates into nodes the AI you already use can call and fill.

Milestones

  1. 2017

    Vaxal Base is born

We start from a modular engineering foundation — the shared base every later product is built on.

  2. 2017

    First long-term partner

We begin working with 八維智能, proving out the practice of distilling capability into modules rather than disposable delivery.

  3. 2026

    The Ryxis platform and Greenhouse

We launch the Ryxis AI platform and make Greenhouse our first outward-facing B2C product.

Domains we’ve served

From systems integration and data engineering to consumer-facing apps, our experience spans several industries (including e-commerce, which we worked in deeply in our earlier years). All of it now feeds back into how Ryxis and Greenhouse are designed.

Team DNA

We are alumni of NTU and NTHU, with teammates from leading software companies and innovation labs — small enough to move fast, disciplined enough to ship enterprise-grade quality.

Diverse backgrounds

From NTU and NTHU to top software companies and innovation labs — different perspectives, one engineering standard.

Enterprise quality × startup speed

The rigorous quality control of a large company and the agility of a small team, in one crew.
