How we use Google services
- Schedule sync (Google Calendar)On the Schedule page of Ryxis Greenhouse you can sync the schedule entries our AI organised for you into your own Google Calendar. We read only your calendar list so you can pick one, and we only create or update the events this feature itself produced — we never touch entries created by you or other apps, and we do not read the contents of your other calendars.
- Run your apps on your live stream (YouTube, read-only)After you connect your YouTube channel on the Settings page of Ryxis Greenhouse, you can place apps and interactive games you built in your knowledge base onto your own live stream for chat viewers to join. Connecting is only used to confirm the channel really belongs to you: we read your own channel ID and title, never your videos, subscriptions or comments, and we never post on your behalf. Your viewers do not have to authorize anything.
These permissions are requested only when you actually use the feature — never at sign-up — and you can disconnect at any time inside the product. Item-by-item data use is described in section 4 of our Privacy Policy, and the features are described on the Ryxis Greenhouse product page.
